PHILLIPS
Auction Catalogues

Managing the art department in London for this art gallery and auctioneers, I was responsible for the concept, design, layout and production of all print and digital material for the brand and promotional collateral for every auction - including catalogues, magazines, invites, digital and iPad editions, advertising campaigns, POS
and signage.

The auction catalogues were hugely important to every sale and I worked closely with the heads of sale and specialists in the lead up to each sale and throughout the duration to ensure they were as effective a selling tool as possible. At Phillips, we also produced bespoke catalogues and print materials for the higher profile auctions and pieces sold at these auctions and concerted and designed both print and digital material to promote these across both mediums.

At Phillips, not only was it important to ensure the brand remained visually cohesive across all collateral but also that the individual requirements for certain high-profile consignments were met too.

These covers above are a selection of the catalogues that I produced during my time at Phillips. Please click here to download an example of an auction catalogue - Contemporary Art June 2014 Evening Sale
