Alison at Home
As head of the art desk and head of the in-house creative department, I was responsible for the entire visual identity of the Alison at Home home interiors, publishing and lifestyle brand which was launched by interiors expert and Daily Telegraph columnist Alison Cork in 2012.
This encompassed the concept, design and layout of the quarterly supplements for The Daily Telegraph, quarterly magazine, product packaging for the homeware range, product catalogues, website and marketing collateral.
My role also included art direction of all brand photoshoots to ensure visual consistency across the brand and its photography. I also managed the retouching, repro and production of all print projects in-house.
These images above are from the 2013 collection. On this project, I had to ensure that not only did the photographs produced meet the brand values and visual identity, but also that they were successful in showcasing the products in the range in order to entice customers to buy. In addition, I also had to ensure that the photographs produced were suitable for use across a range of marketing collateral for both print and digital campaigns and collateral.
